Labour’s Councillors – Working hard to make Stonebridge a safe, clean and vibrant place to live

Following efforts made by Cllr Ezeajughi since 2016, Stonebridge’s Labour Councillors have launched a campaign to the Canal and River Trust. This campaign was initiated by residents of Twybridge Road, Wood Road and others in Stonebridge. The campaign involves a petition which calls on the Canal and River Trust to dredge the length of the Canal and prune the trees hanging alongside it.

The Labour councillors are also committed to working across the ward to ensure Stonebridge is a safe, clean and vibrant place to live. Their campaign on fly tipping has led to a new anti-dumping sign on Craven Park, just before the bridge. This has reduced dumping on the site since it went up. Brent Council will continue to track down offenders who dump there.
