Labour’s Councillors for Dudden Hill, making Neasden a better place to shop

Aslam Choudry, Krupesh Hirani and Janice Long have worked to improve Neasden

Following the appointment of a Town Centre Manager your three Dudden Hill councillors, Aslam Choudry, Krupesh Hirani and Janice Long have worked together to improve the public realm in Neasden and to make it a better place to shop.

Environment notices were served on various landlord and various shop frontages and the walls above the shops were cleaned. Efforts have been made to deter street drinkers and a metal band has been installed on the central planter.

As a result, the walls of the planter are no longer being used as seating by street drinkers and trees in the planter have been remained. There are plans to extend the shop frontage scheme to the Church Road shopping area.
